No. It only reads. You make every fix yourself, in the system where it belongs, and BridalIQ checks that it took on the next sync.

How current is the data?

It refreshes every hour, and a manager can start a refresh any time. Each source shows when it last updated, and you're told right away if a connection stops working.

Is my data safe?

Your BridalLive key and QuickBooks connection are encrypted. Each store's data is kept separate, every action is logged, and we never sell or share your data. See the privacy policy.

Do I need to change how my team works?

No. Keep using BridalLive and QuickBooks exactly as you do. BridalIQ watches both and tells you where they disagree.

What if I have more than one store?

Each store is its own subscription, and one sign-in switches between them.
